Kubernetes monitoring: Application not enabled

Hi,
I have deployed on a kube cluster Grafana agent: it was working for about 5 min et suddenly i have this error :

I have try to uninstall agent and reinstall agent (helm install) : and it’s the same…
Have you an idea ?
