Is is possible? Clicking on a "Bar" in the diagram and open a URL

Scenario:

In a Bar diagram, mouse-over the diagram display the metrics. To know about the displayed data, I want to click on the Bar and navigate to the data URL. Is this possible?

Drill down-list links a dashboard to other URLs. What I am looking for is the control that links the “Bar” with other URLs.

One scenario is that there are 100 bars in a diagram and the user wants to know the detail of each bar. In this case, the drill-down link is not as efficient as the “bar-link”
