Is Grafana cloud blocking my IP. Setting up Promtail to ship my logs to Grafana Cloud

I’m trying to setup promtail to ship my logs to grafana cloud but I get:

status=403 tenant= error="server returned HTTP status 403 Forbidden (403):

However on another machine with exactly same configuration, including credentials, it works.

Is it possible that for some reason Grafana Cloud is blocking my IP?

What options do I gave to debug further?
