installation step by step grafana sql datasource

I can not find the instruction step by step for installation https://github.com/gbrian/grafana-simple-sql-datasource/blob/master/README.md

I’m new to JS and it’s hard for me to understand the installation steps in a corporate network without an Internet connection.
I have an ms sql database in which all the data is stored.
I want to connect the ms sql database to grafana.
