IE favicon bug (i want change)

I changed Grafana’s favicon. However, if i change the template condition in IE, the uri changes and the favicon is restored.
Can you tell why this is happening in IE?

Is it the same behaviour on other browsers ?

Note : Be sure you are using a supported version of IE

Chrome works fine.
I am using Grafana 6.2.5 version, and this version supports IE.

Grafana is opening as a child page on my site.
