How to send logs from C# Desktop Application to Grafana?

I have just created account in Grafana, I am a new baby and wish to jumpstart with my task.
I have a C# desktop application and we are generating logs using Log4Net in Logs Folder.

I want to send out this logs data into Grafana too. I need help with my first steps,

  1. Is it possible through API, kindly guide me to appropriate documentation.
  2. If its as easy as configuring Log4Net then also kindly guide me to appropriate documentation or Steps.
