In addition to running distributed stress testing on k8s, can it run on multiple local servers? For kubernetes, we also need to build and deploy it, the operation is complicated.

At this time the operator is the way to run distributed oss k6 tests that I would recommend, and it runs on Kubernetes. I do not know of other OSS alternatives. Maybe the community can help you out on that.

You also have the alternative to run on k6 Cloud.
