How to fire Grafana Alert now (instantly)

Hi, I setup Grafana Alert rules to send alerts to Telegram Channel.

I can see the State is “Firing” but alert still not sent. I have to wait several minutes (random) to get it fired.

How to fire grafana alert instantly Right Now to make setup alert faster? I wish there is something like “Firing Now” button or API that can hit instantly.

Could you share more details about how you are integrating the alerts with Telegram and your alert setup?
From the perspective of Grafana Alerts, it will send the alerts based on the notification policy, and after that will be done by your integration.
