im trying to send an alert from grafana based on the changes in the state of a service that is being monitored. im only interested in the changes in the state between say 9 am and 9 pm everyday..and when a threshold is reached, say 5 changes between the said hours, grafana should dispatch an alert.
i couldn’t find a way to set the time window. Grafana is completely new to me. can someone guide me?
