So we are trying to use Single Grafana Tempo distrubuted setup for multiple non production enviroments, preprod/qa/testing etc. How do we differentiate multiple enviroment in Grafana Explore UI?. Or do we have to enable multi-tenancy in Tempo?.
Hi! Multiple environments can be divided by one or more attributes (eg. namespace, cluster) or through different tenants. Multi-tenancy allows for a cleaner division of data. Queries will only return results for that tenant’s data. But if you want queries to return data from multiple environments, using attributes will work better for you.
