What would prevent the collectd process from a server to connect to Grafana Cloud. I use http:///support/collectd_config to fill out the Destination URL, User, API Key and the Collection Period - 10 mins and Collection Duration 2 weeks. The server does not show up as a data source on Grafana Cloud. Is there something else on Grafana that needs to be enabled?
Hi @mustafhalokman - if you are forwarding metrics from your server they will be stored in your hosted metrics instance in Grafana Cloud. If you review the metric label browser in Grafana Explore, do you see the collectd metrics for your grafanacloud-accountName-prom data source?
