Grafana Alerts in MS teams Channel are not giving Information

Hello There!!

I have a grafana alert to MS teams channel setup, where when only 1 alert is being fired teams channel gives the description/panel title of alert which is being fired or resolved.
But if we have two alert being fired at the same time, we do not get any description of which alert is fired and why. This makes alert not very clear and everytime we have to click and download the content which does not serve the purpose.

So the first example is where it does not work and more than one alerts gives no description of which alerts, I also do not see any option in Grafana alert edit options.

Second example, where we have only single alert works fine as expected.
