How to create a copy of the Stat Panel? I would like to adapt this panel to my needs

Is it possible to fork any of Grafana’s Native panels to do a little more customisation?
You can find the default stat panel in the plugins directory of your grafana installation. In the version I’m currently using, I can see it in {grafana_instalation_directory}/plubic/app/plugins/panel/stat.
My advice is to copy that folder elsewhere and try to build it from there. It’s not something I did myself but that’s where I would start
