I’m using loki driver declared in daemon.json with docker rootless. It works well but when I reboot the proxmox vm, somes various containers not restart. I have the error:
failed: port is already allocated
I must restart docker with systemctl to resolv the problem.
Someone have an idea where does the problem come from?

This sounds more like a Docker issue than Grafana.
I am unsure if you are running Docker on Windows, Mac, or Linux.
Maybe check the following links link-1, link-2 where it contains multiple solutions and workaround for this specific error message.
