  • How are you trying to achieve it?
built in function of settings for graphs: calculation → “mean”
I tried to set a minimum value of 0.1; still not helped.
  • What happened?
it also calculates 0 values as well.
  • What did you expect to happen?
I’d like help to exclude the 0 values.
  • Can you copy/paste the configuration(s) that you are having problems with?
    N/A
  • Did you receive any errors in the Grafana UI or in related logs? If so, please tell us exactly what they were.
    N/A
  • Did you follow any online instructions? If so, what is the URL?
N/A - only tried to give in a minimum axes value, but didn’t help.

try the filter data by values transformation

Thanks, that is indeed a workaround - but on a very busy dashboard it would be nice not to loose the visualization of 0 values while still having the “correct” calculation.
If there is no solution indeed it is working, it can be space for improvement to have an option checkbox “exlude 0”.
