What is your data source? Can you share some screen shots?

Hello, I’m using Zabbix.

I can get data in other modes normally, but in IT Services, I get the reported error.

Updating my request, I found that the error was due to the SLA not being configured in Zabbix. Now that it’s configured, I can receive part of the data, but with a wrong date and the Status I need, I get “null”.
