Hai i am getting the following error as an alert on my email saying the Datasource error “[sse.dataQueryError] failed to execute query [A]: internal: expanding series: generic::aborted: invalid status monarch::220: Cancelled due to the number of queries whose evaluation is blocked waiting for memory is 506, which is equal to or greater than the limit of 500”
Same problem here. Though I just get a “Datasource error” on the email. Can’t see any other info.

I’ve seen that you can at least work around the issue of triggering an alert instance by configuring the “No Data & Error Handling”. See link.
Also, I haven’t tried, but I believe these alerts are generated with the label “alertname=DatasourceError” which may be valid for routing these alerts to specific destinations, differentiating them from the “real” alerts.
As for the actual cause of the issue, I have no better idea than just some sort of data source temporary issue. In my case the logs said err:“database is locked”.
