Dashboard Loki Internal

I need an internal Loki dashboard to monitor the key metrics for the Read, Write, Compactor, caches, and cardinality.

The goal is to identify bottlenecks, evaluate overall performance, and determine whether resizing or capacity adjustments are necessary.

Does anyone have a dashboard or a list of metrics?
