Create dashboard from an existing dashboard in another organization

I have a requirement where I want to create a dashboard from an existing dashboard into another organization via http api.

I read multiple posts resulting in it can be done via HTTP api.

However I see no corelation of organization <> dashboard exposed via HTTP api.

I am looking for specific answer.
