Connection issues with FreePBX

Hello everyone,
I’m having trouble connecting my FreePBX to Grafana Cloud. I followed the configuration guide on the page https://istance.grafana.net/connections/add-new-connection/asterisk, but I always receive an error.

I’ve already changed the permissions on the folder.

The FreePBX version is FreePBX 16.0.40.7,
the Asterisk engine version is 18.16.0
the server is an image provided by Sangoma.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi - Can you pls confirm if the file at “/var/log/asterisk/full” exists.

Also you would need to make sure the user through which you are running the grafana-agent service has permissions to access file “/var/log/asterisk/full”
