Can use ReactJS to develop panel-plugin?

Originally, used TypeScrypt or es6 to write plugin.
If I use reactjs, it will not causing any issue when install plugin?
I am going to develop panel-plugin, I am so confident in ReactJS, so I want your hand absolutely.
