Wind Rose doesn't refresh

Hello,

The wind rose panel doesn’t seem to update the graph after changing the series(modifying the timefilter or the conditions).
I think the graph got stucked in the loading parameters of dashboard.
Here’s two examples.

All the graphs are using the $__timefilter() with same parameters, but only the WindRose show data

Here the data selection is empty too, but grafana still show some data on the graph

I see the same issue in my implementation, unable to consistently get the windrose to update based on changing time selection, I did notice if I select a scatter plot instead it works every time. Has anyone found a resolution on this?

I have the same problem using Grafana 6.5.2.
