Hello!
I have created a dashboard getting different values from JIRA.
My problem is that it takes one hour before the incidents created in JIRA shows up in the dashboard.
Can someone please explain to me why it takes so long? And if there is anything I can do about it?
P.S. When the incidents are fixed, the dashboard updates right away.
