Why can allow all Org users to a dashboard but not a team?

Hi Grafana Community :waving_hand:

In Grafana, I’m looking for allow users to see my dashboard in a specific folder. The aim is to share the dashboard to another team in my organization.
I noticed that I can allow single user from all my organization, but can’t allow a Team because I only see my team.

Questions :

  • Why we can see and allow all users from organization but not a team to a specific folder or dashboard ?
  • There is a way to allow team without being Admin of the organization ?

Infos :

  • Rights : I’m Viewer of my organization, Admin of my team and my team is also Admin of the folder.
  • Grafana version : 11.4.0

I don’t want to disturb organization admin every time I want to share dashboard to a team. It’s very annoying :confused:

If someone have an idea, it would be appreciated :innocent:
