i try to setup a Dockercontainer to play with and need the Splunk Enterprise Plugin.
I read this Post here: Where can I download license.jwt token filen?
and the manual but im not able to find the JWT-Token.
I even payed for a Pro-Account but this seems not to solve it.
Where do i find this token? Did i miss something basic somewhere?

You must have Grafana Enterprise and then it should be available in your Grafana portal, e.g.:
Your Pro-Account sounds like a Pro Grafana Cloud account. So you can’t download the license and start on-prem Grafana Enterprise. That will be applied only to your Grafana Cloud account.
