Want an alert everytime a graph is above 0, now it only alerts for the first graph, and not the others

I want to get an error-alert everytime a graph is above 0, and also an ok-alert when the graph is back to 0. Right now it only alerts when the first graph is above 0, and stays like this until everything is back to normal. Help!
