upgrade grafana v.5.4.3. at grafana v6.0.1 all my settings, graphics, panels that I created will fly off or everything will remain and go without changes to the new version
I think this will depend on your datasource plugins that your using. When I initially tested the upgrade from v5 to v6, all my OpenNMS-Helm based dashboards stopped working.
A new version of OpenNMS-Helm (3.0.1) has since been released that fixes the issue I was having (also upgraded to Grafana 6.1.1 so there may have been issues with 6.0.0 that were resolved in 6.1.1). So I’d recommend performing the upgrade in a test environment, and if there are issues, talk to the datasource plugin provider.
