Unable to lunch Grafana

Hi Team,

I have download the Grafana and installed it on CentOS where we have limited access to Internet.
But while lunching the Grafana outside of the installed environment I am getting below error.

Are there any network requirement while accessing the Grafana.

Hi,

Please check that your host is listening on the port and address, can you check :
netstat -na | grep 3000
It should be listening on port 3000.
