tempo-mixin is in our repo has dashboards, alerts in jsonnet, it also has playbooks on operating tempo.
We also have tempo-mixin-compiled, which has dashbnoard json that can be directly imported into Grafana, alerts.yaml that can be directly loaded into alertmanager, and rules yaml can be loaded into Prometheus.
