# Telegram failed to send alert notifications

Hello guys,  
after simple configuration of my telegram notification I got this error.

and in the log I see this:

Some idea where can be the problem? I`m using Grafana version v7.5.7 (91de51771c) with InfluxDB everything is installed on Oracle Linux 8 with stopped SeLinux.

And SELinux is off?

What happens if you try to communicate directly with the telegram API from your Oracle machine using cURL?

SeLinux is offand the curl is working perfectly. Is something in the grafana from my understanding it can’t find the endpoint.
