Some parts of <div> style doesnt apply on dashboard

Hi!
Im kinda new to grafana, so maybe its easy question
So my problem is:

Im trying to apply style to div
style=“height: 110px; display: flex; align-items: center;”

But where page is rendered, “align-items: center” is disappeared.
So my question: Is there any inside filters which permit attribute for appearing on page, because i cant find another explanation

If your trying to use the text panel & html you need to change this settings
