I’m a brand new user, testing the free level of Grafana Cloud. When I create a dashboard and add a panel, then try to save it, I get the “Quota reached” error. When I log out and log back in, I get the same thing, and it never saves my dashboard. So far, I’m not impressed… 
I also don’t know where to reach out for help except for here. The only other related “quota reached” error was for some folks trying to log in about a year ago. Help, someone?
