Pull data from synology NAS

Hi!

First post here.
I want to pull some data from our synology NAS devises and create nice grafana dashboards.
Is this possible and how do I do it?

Want to get info about temp, storage, disk health, updates and so on from the devices and presented in a nice way in grafana.
