/prom/push http status 400 bad request err:outofbounds

I have two physical ubuntu servers behind one IP, one connects to Grafana Cloud via the agent like a champ and the other throws an error:

err="server returned HTTP status 400 Bad Request: user=XXXXXX: err:outofbounds

Where would be the best place to start to fix this issue?
