I don’t see a way to add a new panel under a title without “swallowing it up” on the group within that title.
For example, I want to have a title bar with 2 panels, by default collapsed, and then another single panel underneath. When I expand/collapse the above title bar, it will “swallow up” the bottom panel underneath. I haven’t been able to prevent this from happening.
