Panel links cause additional browser history if the refresh is set

Hi, we use the panel link functionality to drill down from a single stat panel to a detail dashboard. If the detail dashboard was saved with the auto-refresh set, it creates two browser history entries one without the refresh and one with the refresh in the URL.

This requires the user to use the back button twice to go to the initial dashboard.

We are using Grafana 6.4.4
