I am new to Grafana. After configuring the data source and dashboard. However, with Rocket, I set alert rule to announce to the channel.Chat. It has an announcement, but it has no material.

probably Grafana sends webhook body that your receiver does not support. You can use e.g. this site to see if the payload is something the receiver expects. If not, you’ll have to somehow translate it, since Grafana does not have capability (at least I don’t know one) to change the webhook body (that’s probably partly the reason why Grafana has so many integrations like slack or discord).
