Is there any way to use multiple datasources on the same graph. Need to use “cloudwatch” and “kibana” data sources on the same graph.

Yes, you simply have to choose ‘-Mixed-’ as datasource:
An example:
A: Mysql B: cloudwatch C; sun and moon
