Trying to figure out how to use the expression feature within the panel where the query feature is. I have time series data, timestamp and value.
I would like to start with some simple things like add or subtract a static number from the latest value.
I would like to apply averages of the values for a time ranges, I’d like to pull queries on multiple time series metrics, do some math and display them on the same panel.
I’m not finding any examples… I have a query with refid A. I added an expression and put
$A-500000
Does nothing. What does it want?
