Locally installed Grafana

Hi,

I have found that there are user restriction for cloud-based Grafana. Three(3) user for free account and Ten(10) for pro. Is there any such restriction for locally installed Grafana, both Free and Enterprise version?

Also, after installing Grafana and set-up DB server and web server locally, can I run Grafana within local-network (intranet) ? I mean without connecting to the Internet.

There is no limit on the number of users for the open source version (locally installed) version of Grafana. More here.

After installing, with no Internet access, I would expect Grafana to run fine so long as your datasource is visible.
