Unfortunately, nigther for the existing k6/ws ping or k6/experimantal/websockets ping.
However, it seems reasonable, so I’ve created the issue to the xk6-websocket repository (which is used underline the k6/experimantal/websockets) Add ability to `ping` send Application data · Issue #48 · grafana/xk6-websockets · GitHub
