How to render URL in message template for MS Teams

Hi there,

could anybody give a direction on how to format the template for MS Teams in order to enable URLs to be treated as links or format lists to appear as a list in Teams?
In other words how to implement the Teams schema into the Grafana message template?
version: Grafana 9.1.1

Unfortunately, not.
In my case problem is intermittent. Some clients render urls, but some don’t
