How to force the display of a graph to obtain a range of 7 hours to 19 hours for the current day ?
Should I configure the custom range ?
Can we use arguments other than now and now/d like :
FROM: today + 7
TO: today +19
Where else should these values be set ?

You can manually set start/stop date and time.
Click on Today, upper right corner.

but you have to do this daily, can not you do it automatically ?

now/d+7h, graph starts at 7:00 am
now/d-7h, graph ends at 5:00 pm
