How to connect values outside of the zoomed range in a State Timeline?

Hey,

• What are you trying to achieve?

I have a Grafana dashboard with a State Time line. When I zoom in, the filled values do not connect to the values outside of the zoomed range. How can I connect them?

This is a zoom to a last 6h. The data point at 19h is outside of the zoom range and I’d like see that state connected to the first data point in the zoom range at 6h.

When I zoom out a bit and the connecting data point is in the range, the states connect as expected

THIS! this has been my nuisance for a very long time.
Please make it so the first data point left and right of the zoomed area is included in the view so the colored bar goes out and beyond the zoomed area.
