We’ve got 3 instances of Prometheus and Grafana in 3 different datacenters, one of the instances is global instance with Prometheus (federation) scraping from the rest of the instances:
- Global - global instance
- DC_new - datacenter1
- DC_old - datacenter2
I’ve added windows machines to being monitored in DC_new (previously only DC_old had windows monitoring) and Grafana in DC_new shows data correctly, but when it comes to Global Grafana it correctly shows windows data only from DC_old (which had windows monitoring for a while now). Data from DC_new are being displayed only partially. When I make raw queries to Global Prometheus it returns all data for DC_new.
What could be the reason? How to solve it?
