What Grafana version and what operating system are you using?
Grafana v7.5.3 , Linux - Debian
What are you trying to achieve?
I’d like to display the metric alias ‘muse_sim…’ as the key for the value ‘25 minutes ago’ instead of the key ‘Time’ when reporting timestamp metrics on the Stats panel. But as you can see, the key ‘muse_sim…’ has the value 53 years ago. Currently, when I select the Unit as ‘From Now’ and select ‘All Fields’, it shows the correct time-since-last-reported value that I want (as displayed on the left side ‘25 minutes ago’), but the key is set to ‘Time’. Instead, I want to show the key that’s displayed on the right side (‘muse_sim…’) for the value ‘25 minutes ago’, but I can’t do that. How can I replace ‘Time’ with the key ‘muse_sim…’ for the correct time value shown on the left ‘25 minutes ago’?
How are you trying to achieve it?
The metric value that is reported is a timestamp (in seconds) of when that metric was reported. I am using the Stat visualization, and in the ‘Field’ Unit, I select ‘From Now’.
The key I want to report has the wrong time-since value (53 years ago), when instead, I want the value on the right-side (25 minutes ago) to match the key ‘muse_sim…’.
What did you expect to happen?
I expect the key ‘muse_sim…’ to have the value ‘25 minutes ago’.
