  • What are you trying to achieve? Display an appropriate image based on light or dark theme mode.

  • How are you trying to achieve it? Looking for a variable that denotes the current theme (light or dark).

  • What happened? Variable name doesn’t seem to exist.

  • What did you expect to happen? That there would be a global variable for theme or theme-name.

  • Can you copy/paste the configuration(s) that you are having problems with? N/A

  • Did you receive any errors in the Grafana UI or in related logs? If so, please tell us exactly what they were. NO

  • Did you follow any online instructions? If so, what is the URL? NO. Can’t find any instructions or documentation on internal variables for “theme” or “theme name”.
