Grafana container do not start after migration

Hello,

My grafana runs on a raspberry pi. I migrated the grafana docker image because a new SSD was used and therefore the raspberry was reinstalled.
now i get the following error message in the log of portainer when i try to start the container.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem is? The permissions look identical to the old system.

I am not familiar with Raspberry-pi but to me the issue might be related to configuration. Please view this post as there are good answers about migrations incl. Docker setup.
