Hi All,

Our requirement is to monitor the UNIX server process running status, server disk space details using Grafana. Could you please let us know how this can be achieved

Since it seems that Unix does not have a telegraf plugin to scrape that data, you might to write one yourself using one of these clients

or if there is a UNIX rest api that exposes the data you need you can hit that from grafana also.
Pretty sure there will be other options.
