I was curious if it was possible to customize the alert rules to include a time stamp when a service/device has gone down. For example using probe\_succes, the email would have "Firewall Houston @ 172.65.24.9 has gone down at xx:xx:xx am/pm on month/date/year.

Overall, any ideas on how to include time stamps and other “add-ons” to have alerts be more detailed and accurate. Also, how do you have the hyperlinks in the emails like “Silence Alert” direct you to your dashboard and not community.grafana.com?

welcome to the :grafana: forum, @mlyszyk

you might want to explore alert message templating. It can be very powerful and dynamic:
